Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Optimize large-scale data pipelines and model inference engines for real-time performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI roadmaps.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure model reliability, reproducibility, and scalability.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance monitoring of deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to uphold engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile team.
