Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize large-scale machine learning pipelines and deep learning models for the 2025 product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, and Engineering) to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Deploy and manage models in production environments using MLOps best practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the technical vision and architecture of the team.
- Experiment with cutting-edge AI techniques (e.g., LLMs, NLP) to improve model accuracy and performance.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of all machine learning systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end ML solutions in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
