Responsibilities
- Strategic Forecasting: Analyze emerging technology trends and map out talent requirements specifically for the 2026 and 2027 technology landscape.
- SEO-First Recruitment: Optimize job postings and career pages using advanced SEO techniques to drive high-quality traffic and reduce time-to-hire.
- Content Strategy: Develop thought leadership content and technical guides that position Nexus as the premier employer for future-tech roles.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and nurture a database of passive candidates possessing skills in AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment funnels and SEO rankings, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Nexus at industry conferences and forums, speaking on the future of work and tech.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting combined with proven expertise in SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Web3 technologies.
- SEO Mastery: Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Analytics to optimize organic search visibility.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think beyond current market needs and anticipate future hiring requirements.
