Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and oversee the development of proprietary Generative AI models and fine-tuning strategies tailored for enterprise scalability.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define the technical vision and roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends in LLMs, multimodal AI, and autonomous agents.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize model inference speed, reduce latency, and improve cost-efficiency for large-scale deployments.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish and enforce internal guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all generated outputs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user experiences.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting deep-dive research into the latest advancements in neural architecture search and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role focusing on Generative AI or Large Language Models.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of transformer architectures, diffusion models, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and product features.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: A track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in dynamic environments.
