Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Solutions: Design and implement scalable, high-performance Generative AI architectures tailored for the 2026 enterprise landscape.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) for specific domain tasks to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- RAG & Integration: Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate AI agents into existing software ecosystems.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI usage, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in model outputs.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy models on scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; proven experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- LLM Knowledge: Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize inference latency.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
