Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art generative models on scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Optimize inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve cost-efficiency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate AI features seamlessly.
- Research and implement novel techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and multimodal AI.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and governance frameworks.
- Lead technical strategy for model fine-tuning and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Proven experience with fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama) and vector databases.
