Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of next-generation AI systems for the '2026' roadmap.
- Design and implement distributed machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies into core infrastructure.
- Define technical standards for cloud-native AI applications, ensuring security and scalability.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and drive innovation in neural network architectures.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Experience building production-grade Natural Language Processing (NLP) models.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
