Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2026+ technological disruptions
- Produce quarterly trend reports on bio-digital interfaces and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Establish industry partnerships with emerging tech incubators and research institutions
- Mentor futurist analysts while building proprietary predictive modeling tools
- Represent the company at global technology foresight conferences (Web Summit, CES)
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis platforms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Proven track record of implementing strategic foresight into corporate roadmaps
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and biotech
- Fluency in at least two major languages beyond English
