Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and pilot next-gen solutions
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech ecosystems
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Manage strategic innovation budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and commercializing innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
- Experience building strategic partnerships in tech ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Certification in innovation management or technology forecasting preferred
