You'll spearhead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration, and decentralized systems while ensuring alignment with our sustainability and inclusivity principles.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026+) and develop strategic adoption frameworks for enterprise implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and piloting next-gen solutions including AI agents, quantum-secure systems, and neurotech interfaces
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and technology maturity assessments for emerging domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property roadmaps for proprietary innovations
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of technological curiosity and ethical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in developing tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and rapid change
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO School) or technology foresight
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
