Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive presentations on future market disruptions
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Design and manage horizon scanning systems for early detection of paradigm shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal capability in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (e.g., books, whitepapers)
- MSc or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Experience scaling foresight initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
