Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology and societal shifts
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future scenarios and disruption forecasting
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on emerging paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Advise C-suite on strategic positioning in exponential technology landscapes
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive workshops and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership in technology or futures studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in tech-forward organizations
