Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives on future business models
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps for product development teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for future-focused R&D
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategy projects
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
