Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying exponential trends across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Partner with product leads to translate foresight into actionable R&D roadmaps with 5-year vision horizons
- Lead scenario planning workshops for board-level decision-making on disruptive technology adoption
- Establish cross-industry innovation ecosystems through strategic partnerships with academic and research institutions
- Develop proprietary trend analysis methodologies using machine learning and data visualization tools
- Author thought leadership publications that position Nexus Horizons as the voice of 2026 innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating exponential trends into enterprise-level strategy with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional scenario planning skills with portfolio of past strategic frameworks implemented in Fortune 500 environments
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends) and data visualization platforms
- Credible industry presence with published work in leading futurist publications or conference keynotes
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations to execute complex transformation initiatives
