Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key innovations in AI and Machine Learning.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to prototype and validate next-generation solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Analyze emerging trends in quantum computing and edge computing to integrate them into our current architecture.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-stakes investments.
- Process Optimization: Establish frameworks for scalable, sustainable technology adoption across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles, with a focus on AI, Cloud Architecture, or Strategic Technology.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and quantum computing concepts.
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of predicting technological shifts and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
