- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-proofing strategies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on 2026 technological and societal inflection points
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030+ challenges
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Quantify future risks using predictive modeling and scenario-planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership with future-planning focus
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or societal transformation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategic adaptation
- Mastery of futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ foresight accuracy in predictions
