Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive trend analysis and scenario planning for 2026+ horizons across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and internal strategic briefings
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional teams on future-oriented methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario development, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
