Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Champion a culture of innovation by integrating future-thinking principles across all business units
- Oversee cross-functional teams executing prototyping and validation of future-concept initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategy publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
