Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, quantum computing, and bio-convergence domains
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive models for C-suite decision-making frameworks
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Advolve AI-driven trend analysis platforms to enhance foresight accuracy and speed
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for 2026+ horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent advanced training
