Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to forecast 2026's market landscape
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing adoption and AI regulation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with future human-machine paradigms
- Produce annual 'FutureState' reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into 5-year roadmaps
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and emerging tech summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses in peer-reviewed journals
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (Shell, Delphi)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future-strategy initiatives
