Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech acceleration, climate tech) to identify high-impact business opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing technological disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation roadmaps
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders with data-driven predictions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in our innovation sandbox
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of developing foresight methodologies adopted by enterprise clients
- Deep expertise in at least two disruption domains (quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable aviation)
- Certification in scenario planning or horizon scanning (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented strategic initiatives from trend analysis
