As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to develop actionable frameworks for 2026 and beyond. You'll leverage foresight methodologies, emerging tech analysis, and human-centric design to drive innovation that creates measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future-ready technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business models
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, researchers, and innovators to accelerate 2026 innovation pipelines
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable roadmaps with clear KPIs and investment priorities
- Champion ethical innovation principles while navigating emerging regulatory and societal implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ foresight work or published thought leadership
