Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify strategic opportunities through 2026+
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks using AI-driven trend forecasting, scenario planning, and quantitative modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions for enterprise clients
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) into commercial roadmaps
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies for C-suite decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership with proven 2030+ impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale strategic transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis, AI trend platforms)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
