Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype disruptive solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and opportunities in climate tech and digital sovereignty
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI adoption and decentralized organizational models
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with ESG and UN SDG targets
- Present future-state scenarios to investors and board members through immersive data visualization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (blockchain, AGI, neurotech)
- Certification in Futures Design Thinking or Strategic Foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 scalable innovation frameworks implemented post-2020
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and ethical implications of 2026+ tech disruptions
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
