- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into product development roadmaps
- Establish quantitative and qualitative KPIs to track future-readiness across organizational functions
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep technical knowledge in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate innovation domains
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or related advanced credentials
