Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions

- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trends into enterprise strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight frameworks

- Global perspective with cross-cultural industry exposure
