In this pivotal position, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to identify paradigm shifts, develop adaptive roadmaps, and pioneer solutions for challenges we haven't yet named. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational evolution through 2030 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for client organizations navigating exponential change
- Produce trend synthesis reports with predictive modeling for AI, biotech, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Design immersive foresight workshops for executive teams to build future-ready capabilities
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in global innovation ecosystems
- Author thought leadership content positioning clients as future-shapers in their industries
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing applications, or climate resilience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
