Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology, social, and economic shifts
- Develop innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Author thought leadership reports published in MIT Tech Review and similar platforms
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate foresight insights into prototype concepts with our R&D lab
- Advise product teams on long-term technology integration strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in foresight, innovation strategy, or emerging technology research
- Published work on AI, quantum computing, or climate tech futures
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational initiatives
- Masters or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation implementations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future scenarios
