Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the '2026 Horizon' project, defining long-term technical roadmaps.
- Oversee R&D initiatives in quantum computing interfaces and next-gen neural networks.
- Establish scalable, secure cloud infrastructure protocols for high-volume data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical strategies.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments and code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
- Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team focused on innovation.
- Identify emerging technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on current systems.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and edge computing architectures.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and leading diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, or similar high-performance ML frameworks.
