Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks incorporating quantum computing, AI convergence, and biotech evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future scenarios into tangible product roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend briefings for C-suite and board members on disruptive technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Design ethical implementation protocols for emerging technologies (neurotech, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic futures to investors and stakeholders using data visualization and scenario modeling
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation culture across 12 global offices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementation projects
