Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in foresight, strategy consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning techniques
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in predictive analytics and trend modeling
