Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for quantum/AI convergence and climate tech
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for sustainable markets
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation incubation programs for 2026 commercialization pipelines
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work and digital transformation trends
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and disruption analysis frameworks
- Strong data storytelling abilities with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
