Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced deep learning models, focusing on Transformers and Generative AI architectures.
- Lead the architecture for MLOps pipelines to ensure scalable, reproducible, and efficient model training and inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise-grade software products.
- Conduct research into emerging AI trends, including Multimodal Learning and Edge AI, to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and fairness protocols.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in MLOps practices, CI/CD, and model versioning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
