- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor horizon scanning sources (MIT Tech Review, IEEE, Singularity University)
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budget through ROI-driven proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech: Generative AI, biotech, or Web3 ecosystems
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) from Association of Professional Futurists preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation forums
- Experience securing corporate innovation funding
