- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive market opportunities and technological inflection points
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Design and implement strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies with $5M+ innovation budgets
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy or innovation roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies including Web3, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Certified in Futures Methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
