Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market evolution
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future industry disruption
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with long-term vision
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive strategy methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategy with data-driven insights
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience scaling foresight programs in Fortune 500 environments
