Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and emerging consumer behaviors
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to translate foresight insights into actionable initiatives
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI ethics, quantum computing applications, biotech integration)
- Build and manage an internal innovation ecosystem including incubators, accelerators, and cross-functional task forces
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or market transformations
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience briefing C-suite executives and boards
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight reports or implemented innovation strategies
