Responsibilities
- Anticipate socioeconomic, technological, and environmental disruptions through horizon-scanning methodologies
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients navigating 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into innovation roadmaps
- Author predictive white papers on AI governance, climate tech convergence, and neuro-interfaces
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and policy shapers
- Advocate for ethical innovation principles in high-stakes decision-making processes
- Present future scenarios to executive boards and international summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies in corporate/government settings
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech disruption (AI, quantum, bio)
- Proven experience translating future scenarios into implementable strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Oxford)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
