Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economics, and social domains to identify disruptors for 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and business strategy
- Author high-impact white papers and thought leadership on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable recommendations for C-suite executives
- Champion innovation culture through internal communications and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience developing and implementing strategic foresight programs in corporate environments
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or impactful foresight projects
