Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team in exploring cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Predictive Analytics.
- Collaborate closely with product and executive stakeholders to define long-term technical strategies.
- Optimize complex data pipelines to handle high-volume, low-latency processing.
- Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept (PoC) development to validate new AI methodologies.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all deployed machine learning systems.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in specialized AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate abstract concepts into technical requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
