As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll work alongside C-suite executives to decode complex signals from the future, develop adaptive roadmaps, and position our organization at the forefront of industry evolution. This role combines deep analytical rigor with creative thinking to turn foresight into actionable strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for technology adoption and market disruption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Design and facilitate future-back workshops for organizational alignment
- Author thought leadership publications on technology and societal evolution
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented planning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published work in futurism or strategic publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
