Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and global megatrends to inform long-term strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-based foresight models for 2026+ market disruptions and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across product development and business strategy
- Author thought leadership content and keynote presentations on the future of work and technology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Policy, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams and remote global networks
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technology domains
