Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term growth goals and the technological landscape of 2026.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge machine learning models and data pipelines that can scale with our expanding user base.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into clear business value.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research and development efforts, keeping the organization ahead of emerging trends such as Generative AI, autonomous agents, and predictive analytics.
- Team Mentorship: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and model accuracy, continuously iterating to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to identify market trends, forecast future needs, and develop roadmaps that drive business transformation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is strongly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
