- Design innovation pipelines targeting quantum-resistant cryptography and autonomous system ethics frameworks

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of future-casting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Technology Roadmapping)
