Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D initiatives
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into organizational strategy
- Author thought leadership reports and present insights to global stakeholders
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities through competitive intelligence
- Maintain a trend-sensing network with academia, startups, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau, custom ML models)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSO, WFS)
- Experience in high-growth tech or biotech sectors
