Responsibilities

- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops using speculative design methodologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts
- Publish thought leadership content in partnership with our research division
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies in tech or aerospace
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, space tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
