- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-safe encryption protocols
- Develop predictive maintenance frameworks for quantum processors using machine learning
- Create quantum-optimized cloud service architectures for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum error correction in 2026-era systems
- Secure $15M+ in R&D grants for experimental quantum infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years designing fault-tolerant quantum systems with >1000 qubit capacity
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum architecture
- Certification in AWS/Azure quantum services and hybrid cloud architecture
- Experience securing DoD/NSF quantum computing grants
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
