Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market leadership
- Develop and present future scenarios to executive leadership, translating foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2030 market challenges
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for C-suite and investor audiences
- Mentor junior futurists and integrate foresight methodologies into company culture
- Collaborate with R&D to align emerging technologies with long-term business objectives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
