- Design strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Present future insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Measure and optimize innovation portfolio ROI against future market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or futures planning leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research (preferred)
