- Develop and refine 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive teams to build organizational resilience
- Produce high-impact future outlook reports and strategic roadmaps for board presentations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Present visionary insights at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published author in futures studies or technology innovation (portfolio required)
